Content & Briefs
Team resources
A central place to store and organize static resources your team needs — brand guides, asset folders, reference links, custom GPTs, and more.
Step-by-step guide
Where to find resources
Team resources live under Content → Resources. This section is designed for static, reference-type materials that your design, strategy, or broader marketing team needs to access on an ongoing basis.
Adding a resource
Click the add button at the top of the page and fill in:
- Name — A clear label (e.g. "Brand Guide V2", "March 2026 Photoshoot").
- Link — Optional URL to an external resource. Linked resources display with a blue label and icon, and clicking opens the link directly.
- File upload — Upload one or more files (PDFs, images, etc.) if the resource is a file rather than a link.
- Description — Optional context about the resource.
- Sample image URL — Optional feature image for the resource tile.
Active and inactive status
Each resource has an Active or Inactive status. Use this to manage the lifecycle of your resources without deleting them. For example, when you publish a new version of a brand guide, set the old one to Inactive. The same applies to past photoshoot folders or retired reference materials — flip them to Inactive to keep things organized.
Example use cases
- Brand guide — Upload the PDF or link to the latest version so the whole team references the same source of truth.
- Custom GPT for briefing — Link a custom GPT that helps your team generate or refine briefs.
- Photoshoot folders — Link to shared drives or asset folders for specific shoots (e.g. "Photoshoot March 2026"). Set older shoots to Inactive when they're no longer current.
- Template files — Store design templates, copy frameworks, or any other reusable assets your team needs on hand.
