Bulk edit mode

Select multiple items at once and apply changes in bulk across list and table views — including status updates, reassignment, cloning, and deletion.

Step-by-step guide

Where bulk edit mode exists

Bulk edit mode is available on most objects that have a list or table view — including Campaigns, Assets, Initiatives, Flows, Flow messages, and A/B tests. The exact actions available can vary based on the object.

Turning it on

In list view (for example, Campaigns → List view), toggle Edit mode (also called bulk edit mode). Once enabled, each row becomes selectable.

Selecting items

Click rows to select multiple items. Use Clear selection to reset, or toggle off edit mode to return to normal browsing.

Bulk actions (examples)

Depending on the object, bulk edit mode can include actions like:

  • Update fields in bulk — status, theme, initiative, and assignee.
  • Bulk clone — duplicate selected items (may prompt for cloning options).
  • Bulk delete — remove selected items.

Applying changes

For most field edits, you’ll select the change and then click Apply changesto commit them. Some actions (like cloning) may apply immediately or show a confirmation prompt depending on the object.

Exiting edit mode

Toggle edit mode off to return to normal click-through behavior (where clicking an item opens its editor or detail view).
